Is this you?
You have three to five years of experience working in the marketing industry working on lead generation, social media, paid ads, email nurture campaigns and analytics.
As Verb’s Demand Generation Manager you will report to the VP of Marketing and will own the execution for all of our lead channels – including webinars, events, HubSpot, WordPress and social. The primary goal for you in this role is pipeline creation and optimization of the marketing funnel conversion rates. You have strong experience delivering and measuring successful lead generation programs and handling a portfolio of highly effective multi-channel marketing programs that support the company’s pipeline and revenue goals. You will be aligning yourself with the sales organization and supporting them to target their most important accounts in a productive and effective way.
You will be responsible for developing, managing, and maintaining marketing initiatives and generating SQLs (demos taken) for the sales team. You have a traditional background working with sales and demand generation including planning, message development and execution of marketing programs. If you are passionate and data-driven with the ability to develop B2B marketing programs both on the strategic and tactical level you are very well suited for this role.

Developing and executing short and long-term multi-channel campaigns to drive leads and the sales pipeline across emails, content syndication, webinars, PPC and social
Maintaining a Demand Generation Dashboard in HubSpot, highlighting leads, MQLs, SALs, SQLs, Opps, Closed won and Closed lost, with continuous attention on moving leads down the funnel
Leading A/B testing strategies and execution across all channels
Monitoring and optimizing campaigns and programs, as well as analyzing the effectiveness of all marketing campaigns across both online/offline channels
Facilitating and promoting customer webinars and events to drive lead generation
Creating customer personas and knowing their buying preferences
Providing content to target consumers throughout the customer lifecycle and building a nurture strategy to move leads down the funnel

Your experience includes

Background in B2B marketing, ideally in SaaS
Proficiency in CRM programs like HubSpot, Salesforce, and other common digital marketing tools like Google Ads, LinkedIn and Google Analytics
Understanding both inbound and outbound marketing tactics, as well as digital marketing channels — particularly SEO and SEM, PPC, social media and email
Working with a variety of industry-standard tools — including marketing automation platforms, such as HubSpot
