Versailles, Kentucky, POSITION DESCRIPTION   The Director of Digital Marketing leads and oversees all digital marketing efforts including enrollment marketing campaigns and organic social media for the System Office and all 16 colleges. The Director is also responsible for developing web content and supporting the System’s SEO efforts and conducting all marketing analysis and Key Performance Indicator (KPI) tracking. Digital Marketing is the most in-demand support needed by the colleges from the System Office Marketing due to the complexity and ever-changing nature of the field. This role requires both technical and marketing skills.   This is a defined-term contract position renewable each fiscal year and located in Versailles, KY.   This position offers the ability to work REMOTE if desired with a requirement to be onsite a minimum of 2 days per week.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES Leads and oversees all search engine marketing, enrollment and awareness digital marketing efforts for both the System Office and Colleges. Leads and supports all organic social media efforts for the System Office and all 16 colleges including YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, etc. and ambassador programs. Develops web content and supports systemwide SEO efforts. Develops and tracks all systemwide marketing Key Performance Indicators.

Tracks and analyzes all systemwide marketing efforts for both paid media and organic social media efforts.  Maintains digital marketing budgets for System Office and colleges. Supervises two interns and oversight of digital marketing vendor and social media vendor Performs other duties as assigned.   MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS Bachelor’s Degree and five (5) years of related experience or equivalent. Equivalency is defined as: High School Diploma and nine (9) years of relevant experience. Associate’s Degree and seven (7) years of relevant experience.

Master’s Degree and three (3) years of relevant experience.   ADDITIONAL PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS   Google Ad Certification, Google Analytics     KY law requires state and national pre-employment background checks as a condition of employment.   Initial review of applicants will begin after October 17, 2022   Position is open until filled – Applicants will be notified if selected for an interview For questions regarding the above position, contact us by emailing jobs@kctcs.edu
