Requirements Director of Program Marketing, School of Continuing Studies – Georgetown University Georgetown’s School of Continuing Studies (SCS) seeks to foster a collaborative, innovative, and student-first culture shaped by Georgetown’s Jesuit heritage and values. When you join our team at SCS, you become part of a thriving ecosystem of staff and faculty committed to inspiring students to seek something greater in their lives and careers. The Director of Program Marketing plays a key role on the SCS marketing team by leading the marketing teams’ client service, marketing strategy, and cross-departmental recruitment effort across all 80+ SCS programs to achieve enrollment goals. They help mentor and supervise two managers, who also work to market and support all programs. Further, in coordination with the marketing, program, and admissions teams, the Director also lead the strategy and execution of all SCS recruitment events, such as meet and greets, webinars, and sample classes; and continues to lead the marketing partnership with Wiley for the SCS online programs.

Work Interactions Reporting to the Executive Director of Marketing, the Director of Program Marketing advances the student recruitment efforts and reputation of the school, as well as the work of the marketing team, departments, and central administrative offices by developing and coordinating marketing efforts to SCS target audiences. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree – preference for Master’s degree 6 to 8 years of professional marketing experience, including experience with creative and content development, branding, media planning, and advertising strategy, including 2+ years digital marketing/email marketing experience; 1 to 2 years client or customer service experience, and at least 2 years management experience – preferably in a higher education environment Strong written and verbal communications skills Ability to juggle multiple projects and work in a dynamic and fast paced environment Excellent customer service skills Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office Preferred qualification Familiarity with video production, Google Analytics, Marketo, Salesforce, GoTo Webinar, and working in a CMS Work Mode: Hybrid.
