The Division Director of Marketing-Ambulatory provides marketing strategy for ambulatory services and strategies that achieve brand loyalty, business growth, competitive advantage, and market relevance. The position requires an empirical and inquisitive thinker with a natural passion for understanding the underlying factors driving observable consumer and referral trends, industry trends and competitive strategy The value you’ll bring to the team: Develops and executes annual marketing and business development plans and budgets to meet established branding, volume, market share and service line goals for ambulatory services.
Develops plans to meet goals with return-on  investment tracking mechanisms to ensure success. Establishes metrics and performance tracking of all marketing brand and growth initiatives. Reviews results regularly with division leadership and executes market plan adjustments, as needed. Analyze and synthesize information market and consumer information into credible and actionable business intelligence (including information on current patients/consumers, target markets, referral patterns, market share trends, key conditions and procedures (and their contribution margin), differentiators, key messages, opportunities for growth, areas of expertise (i.
e. accreditations, awards, First/Best/Only) and competitive data). Develop, and implement, plans to nurture current and potential patients as tools to build consumer awareness, preference, utilization, and usage of ambulatory services, promoting our full network of care where appropriate. Develop and implement digital strategy and lead-generating activities are executed.
Provides oversight of all digital projects including: website content management, landing page development and execution, social media strategy and interaction, display and PPC advertising, search engine optimization, emails, text messages and all associated tracking and performance metrics. Actively collaborates with AdventHealth Experience Center and digital teams on implementation. Qualifications The expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Business, Communications, Advertising, Healthcare Administration or related field. 8-10 years of experience and proven track record in strategic and integrated marketing planning and analysis.
