Ashland, Ohio, Job Description: The Recruitment and Marketing Liaison reports to the Executive Dean and serves as part of the seminary’s leadership team. The liaison is the college’s primary staff person for all aspects of marketing and enrollment. Creativity, energy, and organization are essential to successfully engage internal and external audiences effectively to reach enrollment and revenue goals. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES : Collaborate with the Director of Marketing and Communications and ATS marketing agency to develop an ongoing marketing strategy, produce promotional materials to effectively recruit new students and promote the Seminary’s unique brand.

Coordinate campus visits, recruitment events and outreach activities with ATS executive dean and program directors. Review historic data and market trends to help formulate headcount and revenue goals. Meet with prospective students to provide information about ATS academic programs and financial aid opportunities, and to answer related questions. Develop and maintain recruitment pipelines and communication strategies with prospective students to reach enrollment goals.

Produce and maintain website and social media content, as well as inbound marketing such as blogs, podcasts and webinars, to engage targeted external audiences. Serve as the liaison between ATS and the Division of Enrollment Management and Marketing. Help coordinate applicant communications and the review processes. Articulate and demonstrate a commitment to the Seminary’s core values.
