Denver, Colorado, The Marketing Coordinator serves a vital role in the growth of the VintageView brand and increasing its revenue-focused marketing efforts across all streams.
The Marketing Coordinator contributes to all company organic media efforts, including websites, email programs, and social channels. This position administers a majority of the international social media organic marketing, and assists on North American digital content creation, development of brand awareness and online reputation, content management, and cultivation of web traffic and lead generation. In addition, the Marketing Coordinator leads brand management for our etailer accounts.
Don’t worry, you’ll have support. You’ll report to the VP of Global Marketing, work side-by-side with a top-rate marketing manager and several task-specific contractors, and have plenty of friends in other departments to lean on.
VintageView marketing department is charged with putting our patented, design-forward wine racks and brand on the international stage while driving significant, targeted interest and lead generation to our beloved sales team.
Create and hit monthly, quarterly, and annual channel growth goals for international markets.
Conduct regular content creation for all VintageView social media platforms in Europe and Australia (Facebook, Instagram, Linkedin).
Support content creation for North American market (direct, dealer promotion, and international), including Facebook, TikTok, Houzz, LinkedIn, Instagram, and Pinterest
Manage product quality and product listings for diverse set of ecommerce partners including Wine Racks America, Wayfair, Wine Enthusiast, and more.
Collaborate on digital advertising copy for paid and organic campaigns.
Collaborate on email and blog program to align with our marketing and company goals.
Regularly interact with customers and prospects on digital channels.
Evaluate the digital media landscape to ensure VintageView’s marketing team maintains its status as a leader in manufacturing and wine cellaring industries.
Work with the Sales Team (as well as other departments as needed) to support the identification of prospects, outbound efforts, client retention, and various needs for marketing campaigns.
Serve as a reliable brand representative through event outreach, social media, and other channels.
Support copywriting/proofreading for web content and other marketing products.
Procure photo assets of projects designed by our direct sales team, dealer networks, and design companies.
Completes other sales or admin related projects as needed.
Regular and predictable attendance.

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communication, or related field
1-3 years of experience in digital marketing
Solid understanding of SEO and copywriting
Knowledge of Adobe Suite of products
Working knowledge of web design principles, best practices, and content management platforms (Word Press preferred)
Demonstrated ability to development and execute sales and marketing strategies
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Familiarity with automation tools (Marketing Cloud preferred) and CRMs (Salesforce preferred)
Familiarity with analytical tools such as Google Analytics
