Requirements Marketing Project Manager – Main Campus – Georgetown University Job Overview Georgetown University seeks to grow graduate program enrollments across the university through the creation of a unified strategic enrollment management organization, a central initiative under main campus called ‘MarTech.’ The Marketing Project Manager , a key member of MarTech, advances the student recruitment efforts, and reputation of the schools and graduate programs, by managing strategic and tactical projects for the marketing and digital teams. They leading marketing and other strategic projects for Georgetown University, including but not limited to the RFP process, website redesigns, and technology integrations; and ensure that projects achieve organizational objectives and are completed on time, on budget, and meet or exceed quality standards.

Work Interactions and Work Mode Designation The MarTech team has an extensive set of responsibilities including management of the Georgetown school brands, website and landing page, marketing/advertising, CRM communications, and student recruitment. Reporting to the Director of Marketing, the Project Manager ensures that projects that support these functions are planned effectively to achieve organizational objectives. They manage across teams to achieve department-wide objectives and strategic plan initiatives; and manage vendor contracts, budgets, invoice tracking and reconciliation, and reports to the Director of Marketing. This position has been designated as Hybrid .

Requirements and Qualifications Bachelor’s degree 5+ years of project management experience or marketing experience 2+ years creative production management experience Proficient with project management software – such as Asana Experience managing a wide range of projects with multiple customer groups successfully – e.g., website design, UX, CRM communications, creative & video production Strong written and verbal communications skills Excellent customer service skills Ability to juggle multiple projects and work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment Ability to execute projects on time and within given budget Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment Preferred Qualification Higher education experience Familiarity with Google Analytics and WordPress Current Georgetown Employees: If you currently work at Georgetown University, please exit this website and login to GMS ( gms.georgetown.edu ) using your Net ID and password.
