The Senior Manager, Digital Marketing Operations will be primarily responsible for the day-to-day operations and administration of Graebel’s growing marketing technology stack – designing and managing key processes and workflows – and creating a framework for reporting out on marketing program performance. This person will also have the opportunity to play an important role in developing and orchestrating Graebel’s ABM programs.
The position reports to the Director of Digital Marketing and Demand Generation and is expected to demonstrate an exceptional work ethic, positive attitude, integrity, marketing competence, technical aptitude, and an analytical mindset.


Manage the integration strategy for Graebel’s global marketing technology ecosystem.
Create, optimize and manage marketing automation workflow and processes.
Manage the performance measurement strategy for all marketing programs – includes the definition of KPIs, building dashboards and reports, and pipeline and revenue attribution modeling.
Develop a strategy for the continual optimization of data flow and data management in Pardot/Salesforce to achieve ongoing business objectives.
Define, implement and manage the operations strategy for campaigns executed in coordination with the global marketing team.
Provide day-to-day support to the Digital Marketing Manager in creating and optimizing campaign or program assets such as emails, landing pages, etc. as needed.
Partner closely with sales leadership to refine, optimize and improve the lead scoring and lead flow process.
Ensure compliance of marketing assets and systems, particularly and its connecting ecosystem, as it relates to data privacy and data security.

Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, analytics, computer science, or related field
A minimum of 6-8 years in digital marketing, operations or analytics roles
Working with marketing technology systems, digital analytics, and digital media
Previous management or supervisory experience preferred

Required Skills

Experience using major marketing automation platforms, Pardot experience a plus
Familiarity with major CRM systems, previous use of Salesforce a plus
Experience using website content management systems, WordPress experience a plus
Advanced understanding of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and other related platforms
Familiar with business intelligence and b2b data analysis software
Experience in digital marketing data analysis with a command of the terminology, methods, strategies and metrics used
Proficient in data security and privacy policies
Previous experience creating performance dashboards that communicate marketing programs’ value to the business
Good communicator with the ability to work constructively with a diverse group of people, attitudes, and expectations
Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
Strong writing and editing skills
High degree of initiative, resourcefulness, personal responsibility and ownership
Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced media environment and sensitive to project deadlines

Anticipated Salary and Benefits Summary  –  Comprehensive benefits package that includes: 401(k), health insurance (medical, dental, vision), Employee assistance program, paid time off based on years of service, paid holidays per year, life insurance and disability coverage
Anticipated Salary : $72,000.00 – $85,000.00 in Denver.
